H&S provides aviation organizations (whether you are operating or using manned or unmanned aircraft [rotorcraft and fixed-wing]) with solutions to strengthen quality and safety management programs. Our solutions will have a comprehensive focus on ensuring the quality, safety, security, and effectiveness for the type of aircraft and operations conducted.

An essential element of any integrated Safety Management System is an effective self-assessment and external validation of a company’s administrative and engineering controls to effectively address risks in their operations. Our feedback will identify a program’s strengths and, where needed, cost effective solutions to correct any identified program weaknesses, specific to the company’s hazard exposure and risk.

H&S will, upon request, conduct periodic and/or recurring on site evaluations of organizations that own and operate manned or unmanned aircraft or companies that contract for commercial manned or unmanned aviation services. H&S provides feedback to companies using our objective and transparent evaluations based on the seven principles and five core functions of an integrated SMS. H&S will always coordinate our activities with our clients to ensure that our aviation protocols for evaluating programs are transparent, consistent with industry methodologies and those of our client’s programmatic goals and objectives. H&S Aviation Assessment/Evaluation

Our analysis products are designed to satisfy our client’s mission requirements. Our program includes a number of activities, collectively referred to as assessments or evaluations.

Our processes use industry accepted protocols to reveal the strengths and weaknesses of an organization’s effectiveness, management, operations, maintenance, safety, and aircraft security and contractor performance in the areas under our client's purview.

NOTE: Upon request our registered clients may review and examine the H&S Assessment Protocols.

Consulting

Evaluate and develop an integrated “safety and quality management system” that recognizes the scope and size of our customer’s operations, that include:

Conducting hazard analysis/assessments [Safety Reviews] based on probabilities, severity and exposure to hazards specific to the client's aircraft and missions
Evaluating and developing agreed upon administrative controls [policies, procedures, and/or processes] and engineering controls to manage the identified risks to as low as reasonably practical (ALARP)
Evaluating and developing performance measures to monitor and improve business processes
Providing experts for engineering and certification support (manned & unmanned aircraft).

Evaluate and develop corrective action plans to address previous assessments, accidents or incidents and/or validation of previous corrective actions to effectively address audit findings or root and contributing cause(s) from accidents or incidents.

NOTE: H&S cannot conduct assessments [audits] on clients that were provided consulting services by H&S.
